Since the "Friends-offline-chat" - bug still occurs whenever I'm around, I just decided to give you the quick-fix so that we don't need a third man to confirm someone's being seen as "offline" when they are not.

The best solution is to go to your "offline" friends profile, Block all communication, then unblock your friend and he/she will appear online again. (Blocking friends will not remove them from your friends list).

We all lose!
