I definitely liked this game and can tell you that it’s worth your time. I haven’t completed it so far (just finished the first half of it, I suppose). Anyway, I’d like to write a review and share my first feelings after playing it.

At the beginning (the part that is also known as the Foreword) the game may seem a bit uninteresting, every puzzle was simple enough to solve and every next step was obvious. I also find this part of the game a bit scary because of that dark shadow that kept chasing me.

If you can handle the first 30 minutes, you won’t be left disappointed. There are REALLY entertaining puzzles further in the game. I find the one in the Shepherd’s House brilliant (with all the quantum energy), it’s 10/10. Don’t skip the tutorial! It’s essential for you, and also listen to the bits of advice that Eugene and Alex give you, they’re sometimes actually helpful. Thanks to devs, there’s also a backlog in the pause menu, if you somehow missed that.

The longer you play, the more surprising things you discover. The puzzles don’t get more complicated, you just need to figure out various ways to solve them. And since you’re able to hold only one energy type at a time, this opens new and unexpected routes between the portals.

I can’t name a single game without cons, but luckily there aren’t many in TMPP. The characters’ animation is poorly detailed, despite great work on the locations’ design. Also, I noticed some issues with the game textures and misspellings, but I see the devs being in touch with the community all the time and I hope these issues will be fixed soon. Last but not least is an enormous amount of text in the notes and emails on the terminals. I find the way you did it with the phonograph in The Shepherd’s House far better, as I don’t like to read much in the games.

I can rate this game as 8 out of 10 overall. I really miss games in this genre and sci-fi setting, and this one looks pretty cool to me.

Что-то новенькое. Хорошо реализованы убегающие. Пока что не сильно сбалансирована но это новая ветвь развития игр. Поиграть с друзьями настоятельно рекомендую. Одному будет достаточно скучно.
