Captain Firehawk and the Laser Love Situation is a retro-inspired shoot 'em up with a more casual approach, where you must shoot enemies and destroy the clothes of the giantess bosses. You also collect coins that appear in the levels as you destroy the enemies and damage the bosses; the more you collect, the better your ranking will be. Additionally, you don't die if you're hit; instead, you lose some coins you've collected when the enemy hits you.

The art style is truly beautiful, featuring a '90s anime aesthetic. Combined with the game's CRT shader effect (which is adjustable, by the way), it gives off a nostalgic vibe! Your gal companions and the giantess enemies are very hot, truly a marvelous sight!

The story is great, with various humorous situations, funny dialogs, and, of course, naughty scenes!

The soundtrack is very pleasant, featuring a variety of tunes that combine electronic music and chiptune.

Capcom quietly added a malicious DRM called Enigma Protector to Strider and a few older titles as part of a crusade against modding. This move may break well-known community fixes and mods that have benefited numerous players. According to a recent Capcom statement, mods are considered a bad thing, and they have chosen to hurt paying customers in an attempt to combat them. Do not support this company.

STASIS: BONE TOTEM is an engaging, bone-chilling, and gruesome horror adventure. Departing from the original space setting from the first STASIS, we now follow Mac, his wife Charlie and the toy helper Moses on what appears to be a normal ocean scavenging expedition. However, as we progress, we encounter indescribable horrors within a seemingly abandoned oil rig, hidding a secret underwater base, which a dystopic mega corporation will do anything to keep its terrors hidden. Adding beautiful visuals, and an exceptional storytelling, STASIS: BONE TOTEM is one of the most underrated gems in recent horror adventures!!!

Interesting puzzle exploration game that reminisces the original Clock Tower. Simple scenarios and easy puzzles, the game is not very long but has a fairly interesting story. The game's spotlights are the pixel art and animations, which are really gorgeous. Overall, it's a quite pleasant experience.

LAB2 Underground is a pleasant metroidvania style platformer, sequel to LAB Still Alive (which I hope the dev also brings here).

Controls are good and precise; keyboard keys can be customized but I really recommend playing with a controller.

The game has simple visuals, but there are several themed areas to explore and a variety of enemies to defeat. The pixel art is fairly simple but it's good, specially H-animations, which are very smooth and detailed.

You have a main melee attack and a secondary attack with a gun; you can find several different weapons thorough the game, with different effects. As you progress the game you can also find power-ups and keycards to open new areas. You level up by defeating enemies, and you can rise three stats: HP, attack and defense.

The game is easy and you can finish in three to four hours. It lacks any story and the game ends as you defeat the final boss, teasing a sequel. The texts are seemingly machine translated, with a quirky English, but that doesn't hinder the game's enjoyment, as there are only a few lines said by NPCs.

Overall I think the game is fun and worth to play.

Lossless Scaling is a really useful application for me. I use it mostly with old games and RPG Maker games, which have low native resolutions, to scale them to big screens. It works pretty well with practically all of them.

The biggest change is when using the anti aliasing feature, as it smooths the pixels and jagged lines in 2D art, sprites and text. In some games the result is much better than native window scaling or fullscreen modes. Some people might not like that result but I think it's much better than bilinear filtering.

I never managed to apply post processing in RPG Maker games, I already tried with Reshade and other tools but they never worked. Lossless Scaling is the only method that worked for me for applying anti aliasing in those games.

This application also makes possible to play games in "borderless fullscreen" mode without any kind of blur, which some of the games I play have no option for. It's also a neat feature.

Overall I think it's a really good and useful software, and it's worth the price!

Tsioque is a remarkable point-and-click adventure game, made by the same creators of Tormentum: Dark Sorrow. So expect a great experience ahead!

The impressive hand drawn animations make it feel like you're playing an interactive cartoon! There is so much detail and care put in each scenario and characters. The soundtrack is also very beautiful and pleasant.

The story seems simple and straightforward at first, but an unexpected "twist" reveals a deep and heartwarming surprise.

Tsioque is one of the best adventure games released this year and I genuinely recommend it!
