Do not hesitate to ask more experienced players about things that you do not understand, good luck in mastering DBD
The fact that you couldn't read what addons do or don't know the status effects in the game is normal for your level.
I understand that newbies don't know this, as well as various killers.
Look, kid, it's simple - Legion inflicts a deep wound with his skill, 2 addons in my build work like this - if the survivor himself patched a deep wound after using Legion's skill, he will receive the Broken status from 1 addon, which will not allow him to heal for 60 seconds after patching the wound, and the second addon will give Bleeding, which rolls back the healing progress if the healing is interrupted. The Bleeding status has no time after which it disappears, because it can only be removed by completely healing the survivor.
