Uncertain of capabilities and needing frequent reassurance. Or over-confident and sometimes overbearing. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes. actiii can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter. actiii responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time.
