Odkąd kilka tygodni temu nareszcie nabyłam gofrownicę, zaczęłam poszukiwania idealnego przepisu na gofry. Zawsze wydawało mi się to proste. Ot, jest przepis, więc wyjdą pyszne gofry. Już po pierwszej, pamiętnej próbie (porażka na całej linii) okazało się jednak, że tak łatwo to nie będzie. Gofry okazały się bardzie podstępne, niż można by sądzić. Jak każdy miłośnik tego przysmaku pragnęłam uzyskać efekt „jak z budki”. Ogólnie za jedzeniem „z budki” nie przepadam, ale gofry to jeden z wyjątków, prawdziwy smak wakacji i dzieciństwa. Żaden wyjazd nie mógł się być zaliczony do udanych bez pójścia na chrupiące gofry, obowiązkowo z bitą śmietaną i sosem.
