Clearly DOTA2 forum moderators aren't welcoming any suggestions. They let beggars' threads opened (some say the users are banned, only God knows), they closed threads with complaints and suggestions (perhaps to make the forum and the game look 'has no flaw') without any notes about their response towards the issue/suggestions (rejected or being reconsidered).

I've heard that the exploitable mute-report in Dota2 will be reworked, based on Valve Time.
