consider additions to steamcalc:
game baggage factor : for each game > $1 cost/hr, baggage = cost/hr * days since bought

then, add a chart for baggage factor over time, using purchase dates. basically each game adds its share of the baggage factor on its purchase date, and this remains until game is <$1/hr
