Fantastic art direction and an awesome soundtrack. The rhythm game part is solid, and I can't wait to see more of the RPG, world exploration, mini-games, and storytelling.

In fact, the only bad thing about this game is it'll take ~2 more years before we see all of it 😔

If you liked VA-11 Hall-A, and other games that explore interactive narratives, you'll love The Red Strings Club.

Great art, soundtrack, storytelling, and world-building. Good representation of diversity (augmentation, LGBT, etc.) and it touches on themes relevant today by presenting you with choices involving ethics.

My biggest issue is that you have to start a new game to explore other dialogue options (i.e. there is no manual save/load). It's a pity because the interface that shows you the choices you've made so far (last screenshot on Steam) would lend itself well to jumping across branch points.

Regardless, I would heartily recommend this as a great example of storytelling in games. The same thing always happens in the ending, but how you get there and the circumstances around it change. The twist is not too surprising, but I loved it nonetheless. Thanks, Akara.
