Idle Waters is a pretty cool Red Panda, he fishing and doesn't afraid of anything

Watched the gaemplay trailer and immediatly put it on my wishlist
Funnily enough 2 or 3 weeks later the demo releases. Hopped on it and it was exactly what I was expecting and more.

Gameplay: Felt a bit rough at first when you played games like (in my case: Soulstone/Vampire Survivor and Path of Exile) but as soon as you play 2-3 rounds you very quickly realise that it has a reason and it fits really well into the games difficulty.

Went in thinking "I played a lot of these games I know how the dices roll" just to get obliterated in 2min.
You actually need to think twice when you use the abilities and how you are pathing cause you will get overrun if you treat it as a bullet heaven game.

There is already a dash which I really love and what I loved the most: You can CHOOSE the speed of the round.

Also the added difficulty that if you die in a round you lose the collected progress.
At first I was sceptical but this adds a layer of intensity because you really do not want to waste your time and you are not able to cheese the progress by just spamming rounds to collect mats and simply die until you overpower the enemies. There is also the ability to store the collected items in the round by a NPC but you have to pay for it (a certain amount of kills in that round) which balances the cheese . Really a fan of that idea.

This game also features my kind of mechanic. My beloved "numbers go up"
You have a lot of abilities and stats that you can grind up (in the demo already)
You can really see the direction this game is taking which is always a good thing for demos in my book.

Now for the artstyle
I am a fan of simpler graphics created with love than the new ones that all blend in together and look the same
The game reminds me a lot of the old ARPGs era or early stages of Path of Exile which is kinda nostalgic to me.

Also love the Fox themed NPCs

All in all I am very fond of the demo and will get the game once it is finished.
If you like ARPGs and or Bullet heaven games try the demo - if you like both this game is very very likely for you.
