(I'm not sure how to start this review off since I don't write many, and sorry for any grammatically incorrect sentences, didn't pay attention enough in my English classes.)

(ALSO go down to the bottom for a short list on what to do, if your not bothered reading this review I didn't mean to make this long.

Anyway, I actually like this game, came in just to give one of my guys an island, then the next minute, I was learning which weapon's I liked (which was the Arcane Staff tree) and kept playing from there.

Now, if you want to enjoy the game at it's FULLEST POTENTIAL, join a guild. Right now.
BUT. Not any guild when you get out of the tutorial, you need to watch out for guilds that fish for noobs. These are called Potato farms, these guilds are made to collect new players, that have just came out of learning the tutorial, to try and tax millions of silver worth off of them by accepting the guild invite.

This didn't happen to me thankfully, and I joined a guild called "13th Legion" where they helped me figure out which builds to use for certain occasions and what's really in the meta. We are currently trying to practice for some big events coming up and looking for more players to join us right now, and from my experience joining this group, they are quite welcoming and helpful on what to do in this game.

For server quality, I think it's great, I have only experienced 2 days of rubber banding and that's it. If memory servers me right, you can do /ping to check your ping, it will come up just underneath your map for you too see.

There are other /commands too, the ones I know the most are the Emotes you can type in chat to do, so there's that.
Learnt this stuff from the Albion Reddit for this game.

v (STUFF I WOULD RECOMMEND DOING) v

1. Look for and join a guild.

2. Focus on ONE or TWO gathering skills to do/ones you like doing.

3. ONLY use LP (learning points) on gathering skills or weapons maybe, using them on armour is a waste.

4. Go to other towns through YELLOW and BLUE zones (the safest zones) to compare silver prices and see if you can make a profit. I am currently selling Pork Pies in Thetford and Fort Sterling for 5000 or more silver, also got a Tier 7 Ox for cheaper in Fort Sterling too.

5. If your going into RED zones where you CAN DIE by gankers to gather rarer resources, take Equipment you are able to AFFORD to lose. NEVER take your most expensive gear.

6. (You don't have too though, this is just me personally) Get a Stag for Red Zones, or a T4 Ox, the Stag is slightly faster that horses gankers use, while the T4 Ox is kind of slower, but harder to take down.

7. In RED ZONES stay near the FLAGS you see on your map, these are Forts, they will shoot any Red named players (gankers) that chase after you.

8. This one has helped me a bit in Red Zones. STAY AWAY FROM THE SHINY ORANGE PORTAL THINGY known as a Hellgate ON the MAP and THE PATH (and the red box, the pvp zone, oh and the Static Dungeon, which appears as a big blue circle on the map) these places are popular for Gankers to catch you.

9. This one is the best tip, turn up the SOUND EFFECTS option and turn down the AMBIENCE option, these will help on hearing Gankers from afar as you WILL hear NEARBY MOUNTS sounds LOUDER now. This has saved me from a Ganker riding a horse when I was near the PVP zone.

10. A way to help your head get around the different weapon's and armour's abilities, is pretending your playing a Champion from LoL OR a Hero from Dota.

Things I don't like about this game:

1. The sound affects, like the Ox when getting on and off the mount or even speeding up are just annoying

2. The way the game dumps you when completing the Quests and tutorial when you still know too little, this is why it's very important to look for and choose wisely which guild to join to help you out from the start

3. Gathering and being ganked, gathering is some times mind numbing, but I've gotten used to this, the thing I hate though, is how I am unable to fight back from being ganked, as a cotton gatherer, I wear harvester gear to get a little bit more cotton when gathering, this leaves me vulnerable as I am not wearing actual armour I can protect myself with, and if I take my best gear to gather with, I would lose out on some cotton and even potentially lose some of my best equipment since gankers usually come in groups of 3 or even 10! If you go with other gatherers, you will just create too much noise and be found by gankers, you would also lose more resources you could sell by doing this too. So the only option for gatherers really is too run somewhere and hide for a couple of minutes until they go.

This ^^^^ is the biggest issue with the game I have, I feel like this part of the game is most flawed and might even be killing off a few players because of this. It's more successful to gank than to gather and be ganked eventually. Gankers don't have many threats than :

1. Meeting other gankers, I have not seen that though.

2. Mobs, but, these are hardly a issue either as, the ones they are chasing (The gatherer) will aggro the mobs FIRST and take a few hits that could possibly make the gatherer dismount.

3. Gatherers fighting back, Gankers will most likely win though, as they are mostly in a group and HAVE stronger gear prepared for killing players, while the gatherer does not. (Unless it's a gatherer that SKINS mobs)

Other than that, I like this game a lot and will keep playing. This game might not be for everyone obviously, but, give it a chance for a bit and see if you like it.

A fantastic pixelated game for any players.
Reasons why I think it's good:

The design of it is great.
No annoying Glitches.
You can costumize your character.
The bosses in this are outstanding to look at and their health stats, damage plus the way the manoeuvre makes all of the bosses in this game challenging.
The diffrent types of biomes and the different themed content they provide is pretty cool.
The vanity items + the dyes that you can add to your player is sweet and how you can have a little pet is cute
There is so much to do in this game you will probably not get bored.
If you dont have this game GET IT RIGHT NOW ITS AMAZING!
