So umm, Here's my review for this game.

Gameplay
A modern Wargame RTS with a pretty simple objective Advance and Secure and butcher the enemy as many as you can. While the goal may seem simple, the gameplay itself is quite complex. Deck-building plays a huge role in determining how a match goes, and how well you micromanage your units can often decide the outcome. Strategy and execution really matter here.

you can either be those genius tactician or brainrot spamming hordes of tank and somehow that work.

AI pathfinding can be frustrating, units occasionally take weird routes but luckily there's feature like range markers, which clearly show how far your unit's weapons can reach. Super helpful when positioning units.

Graphics
I'm playing on a toaster so it doesn't matter, but on high settings? The game looks awesome. Explosions, missile trails everything feels intense and exciting to watch.

PvP
Is it fun? Definitely if you’re playing with friends. With random teammates, it turns into a awkward social experiment. Sometimes you get a solid team, sometimes you'll get teammate that disconnected and never return just like someone’s dad went out for milk and never came back.
Cheaters exist just like other games, expect to see Abrams or Armatas shooting like Gatling guns, or artillery units firing non-stop. Thankfully, the devs are actively banning cheaters. Just record the match and report it on their Discord if you see anything fishy.

PvE
This game force you to get out from your Introvert habit, get a friend bro cuz there's no Friendly AI in Skirmish mode. The campaign is fun but annoying sometimes since you can’t save mid-mission (though the devs are aware and might fix this).
Custom scenarios are cool check out player-made missions in the Workshop. Some even have custom cutscenes and unique objectives. Definitely worth exploring.

Deck Building
This is the core feature that makes the game stand out. You can tweak units to be cheaper by removing their loadouts or go all out with expensive, fully-equipped ones. Whether you're going for a quantity over quality strategy or the other way around, it's all about tailoring your deck to your playstyle. The best part? Just have fun with it.

Bugs
Even though the game is out of beta, some old bugs are still hanging around. One of the biggest issues is that you can’t reconnect if you disconnect mid-match which can be super frustrating if your internet drops for even a second (you can reconnect if you lucky enough by restarting your game).

There are also times when matches just freeze up or players get randomly disconnected. One especially annoying bug happens when the match starts, but the game refuses to let you spawn any units, leaving you with no choice but to stare into the screen and watch your team get clapped or leave the match. So yeah, sometimes I don’t really blame players for leaving early that bug definitely exists.

There are a few visual glitches too, like random green terrain or missing unit markers, which can make things confusing during a match.

Hopefully these issues get patched soon, because the game really does have potential when it’s running properly.

Performance
Running this game on my toaster i7-4770, and RX 580 8GB, with 16GB of RAM is a bit like asking a grandpa to sprint he can do it, but he might wheeze a little along the way.

At the start of each match, the game stutters like it just woke up and forgot where it was. Sometimes, mid-match, it stutter. But besides the stutter, it actually runs pretty well, sitting at a surprisingly decent 30–50 FPS for my toaster.

So..... is it worth buying?
Not really if you're only in it for the PvE. The PvE content doesn’t justify the price on its own. But if you're into PvP and love strategic RTS gameplay with deep deck-building mechanics, then yes that's where the game shines.

Early Access Review
So umm, Here's my short review for this game.

Gameplay?

Walking Simulator, the first starter map not really that large compared to later maps, the larger the map the more annoying the quest get, sometimes you become Amazon package courier, sometimes you become Indiana Jones searching for artifact, sometimes you just become normal Hunter hunting for Animals.

The Survival part not really hard it's not like you have to cook you water first to drink it you can just drink directly from Well or Water tap but if you don't see those you gotta refill your flask with dirty water then cook it or you can buy mineral water, for the food you don't have to cook really hard like Five Star Chef you can just take down nearby boar or dog then cook the meat with firecamp and yummy your hunger bar full and you get nice healing buff too, you can try cooking it's fun and the food give really nice buff but sadly you're not in your babushka kitchen so you have to collect the ingredients yourself.

The Combat can feel really janky and weird.

The Trading and Market system really nice you can buy or sell things from other Players just don't get scammed for free robux, you can just buy at Market for more safer trade.

The Artifacts & Anomaly, if you play Stalker you already know what is this, the Anomaly is just annoying object that somehow exist but but at the same time it's a gold mine too, an anomaly could contain Artifact which will add your money if you sell it and sometimes needed for mission.

The Weapon Modification system, this one is interesting you can modify you can add bayonet, silencer, scope, etc.

The Crafting System, soo uh since in this game you're just a normal person not an expert so you need to buy the recipe first from NPC or Market and you need to find the ingredients which is time consuming you can just buy the item that you want in Market, but not every crafting recipe are not worth it sometimes they do worth it. well it's up to you if you love crafting and enjoy scavenging/searching for loots then sure you can try.

Skill System, so in short every time you lvl up you got 1 skill point, you can spent it to unlock perks there's a lot of perks like combat, crafting, hunting, looting, scavenging, resistance, cooking, etc. the higher the perks level the more they need skill points, and a few higher perks require Achievement to be unlocked so yeah you need to grind the Achievement sometimes to unlock those perks.

The Law. oh yeah this game does have law just like our real world society this game use Social Points so yeah basically if you kill Players outside legal PvP zone you will get Karma(bad Social Points) if your Karma reach 500 points everyone will hate you and get ready to be thrown into Gulag(i'm not joking this game really have Gulag)

Grind?

yes, just like other hardcore MMO you have to grind a lot, the progress felt really slooooow and painful but that's what make it fun. unless you have a lot real money and buy Premiums Items (i don't really recommend buying thing unless you're rich since most of them are gacha loot boxes, and i'm pretty sure Russian gacha way more worse than Chinese gacha). it take a lot of grind to only buy one of the equipment. most of my times wasted only to kills those Boars, why? cuz i need money to buy BIGGER WEPONS.

Story?

idc, short story you're lonely, maidenless(probably) and broke man, one day you run away from your babushka house and decided to travel to so called Russian gold mine but instead of ordering Travel Guide from Traveloka you decide to choose random shady Russian guy as your Travel Guide then he pranked you "get rekt, syka Welcome to the Zone" he said, luckily a local kind bald old man helped you so you don't get eaten by those pesky doggo anyway that's where you start your journey as poor Mercenary.

Co-Op?

ow this one i like it you can do Story and other quest together with your friends, that's really nice and fun. if you don't have the proper gear to take down Russian bear it's nice to have friend to help you or if you don't have friend try to ask those Russian Gamers they might help you.

PvP?

i don't really know about this i don't do PVP, but there's PvP menu which allow you legally fight people and there's ranking system too (i don't really know about this).

Graphics?

i play with toaster so it doesn't matter, graphics not rly great and not rly bad. sometimes the animation kinda goofy ahh.

Bugs?

yes just like other games this game has bugs, the most obvius one is quest can be buggy and cannot be completed i have to cancel / relogin to complete it, it can be annoying sometimes just imgaine searching for a quest item for an hour only to realize that your quest are bugged. don't worry this one does not happen that often but does happen to me. oh yeah sometimes the quest english translation are really hard to understand and there's UNTRANSLATED quest or dialogue so u might wan't to check the wiki. and uhh for some reason this game crash a lot.

Last

EU server populated with Russian Gamer, most of them are kind and helpful.
i have a lot of fun playing this game, even with language barrier i have fun playing with those Russian stranger i meet a long the way.

Sometimes the Quest get confusing and really hard to understand you might wan't to ask local Russian Gamer or search guide at google, this game does have wiki u can search "so-wiki" but sadly it's only available in Russian language you might wan't to use Google translate to translate the page.

So yeah, my only problems with this game are the Server, i'm an Asian and sadly there's no Asian server so i have to play at EU server which kinda laggy and they kicked me a lot and 2nd sometimes the Quest get confusing, other than that this game really nice.

if you have a lot times to waste or you like grinding game and love military and apocalypse themed game, you might wan't to try it.

as F2P Player the grind pretty brutal in this game, the method to earn the in game currency are limited and time consuming, it take a really long time only for what? yes, to buy cosmetic and clothes. its a nice game if you wan't to play Barbie like game, i spent a lot of time using Salon(customizing character) and rarely maxed out my weapon cuz yes, i spent my money to buy clothes.
for the story, i haven't finished the Classic PSO 2 Story but it's really good and the story in NGS kinda meh.
