Banger™

This game is awesome. It brings in many elements from other titles and introduces them while still maintaining its own clear identity. The combat is very fun and satisfying, and the puzzles are in my opinion, perfectly done. The best part of this game for me though was its story. It actually felt like good star wars. There was tension, and the villains were intimidating. Lastly, it did not compromise any of the established storylines. They could have easily made this randomly connect to the Skywalker saga but they kept the game contained in its own grounded adventure. 8.5/10

Ark meets INSIDE. The Forest is mysterious and largely story driven, but at its core it is a survival game. In fact, this game features some of the most well thought out survival mechanics I have played in a game. Inventory and collection is designed in a way to keep you on your toes hunting and gathering, but with breaks in between where you can explore and investigate the island. You are only given bits and pieces to help put together the mystery until the very end where you really find out what is going on. 8/10

Best game for hanging with friends in quarantine. 10/10 would flip table again

A brilliant and rewarding action RPG. It tends to be very difficult for newcomers to the series but in comparison to previous Souls titles it is perhaps the least difficult. The combat is great and fun, but what really fascinates me is the minimalist storytelling and the lore that goes with it. After completing the game I recommend VaatiVidya on YouTube to help piece it all together. 9/10

My friend bought this for us to play together and while it is very fun it is not one you will put enough time into to justify the price tag. I was pretty surprised when I saw its cost, definitely not worth full price. 7/10
