even having played the demo, you could tell this game would be incredible; the development of this game compared to the demo is absolutely worth the price-tag. genuinely can't wait to see the progression of this game further down the line. huge thumbs up from me

definitely suggest checking this out if even the trailer alone looks up your alley; give demo a go, and then check out the real deal. the progression of the game has come a LONG way.

I highly suggest getting this game, but obviously try for when it's on sale, which is usually pretty often, if you do end up getting it, join the discord. It's pretty much required if you wanna get a full lobby going sadly. I personally love the game to death, but it's hard to play a game that has a dev who seems to not really care about it anymore. The gameplay is perfectly fine, but there's such a dedicated community that I think he should try to at least listen to. Overall, I very much recommend this game, especially with friends.

Edit: Reading this back now (12/1/2020 6:04:38 AM UTC); I still stand by most of what I said. However, my views on Lizzard (the solo dev), have changed quite a bit. He's no longer interested in developing this game, obviously, however, that doesn't really end up hurting the game, just limits it by a LOT due to all of the potential.
The game has recently started getting a small player base again recently, due to the newest sale, and it's a lovely sight to behold. Currently starting development on an algorithm for ELO Rankings, that can be used via the bot, that's currently in development - to get game's together, etc.
This could change absolutely nothing with the amount of players, but fingers crossed, might as well try to increase the overall retention of the recently upbringing of player-count.

Lizzard, in-fact IS a part of the community, and nothing's really stopping you from reaching out to him since he's there doing his own thing. Inactivity hasn't stopped this game before, so why tear the dev apart for just doing what everyone else is doing; and moving on.
also there's a very large possibility that Lizzard will work on another fps sometime in the near future, and with a community to back it up, I'm sure it'll go well.
