I did/do enjoy this game, but it made the classic Paradox Fumble of Mid at launch and (more than likely) better with DLC. The recent patch(es) made the AI which was previously incredible passive to the state it is now: Cataclysmically aggressive, it is not really fun. Many Paradox and 4X game content creators also criticized the game heavily for being advertised as following a somewhat historical timeline with of course alternatives happening here and there every now and then, but the current state is practically only alternatives happening with the same few countries like Bohemia, Hungary and France being on top due to their sheer bad balance... But like Victoria 3 this game will probably be good and fun with a few 20-30 Euro DLCs in a few years time, as usual of Paradox and Strategy game developers in general (Looks to the future of TWWH40K)
