Had to play the first game to see why the Silksong release was so hyped about.

Yep, it's really good...

A great rally game to pick up and relax with, even for someone like me who usually only plays the more sim-type racing games. Simple and so much fun, but still has a good driving model that is believable enough to be interesting.


-A bit easy even at master difficulty. You can even get away with couple mistakes per stage and still win comfortably. Rain makes AI really slow... Like a minute slower than you on a 2,5 minute stage.

-Has a lot of cars! Every car can easily win it's class, but still have clear differences between each other. I like the imaginary successors of Group B cars! Group A also got beefed up to over 800hp.

-Five different locations that have decent variety between them. Career event stages are chosen at random so you can end up playing same stages a lot and others not so much.

-Runs fine, but you'd expect it to run better given its simple looks. I experienced a little stuttering here and there. Few bugs along the way also, but nothing major.


Collect the five cassettes from Japan freeroam for some extra great tunes!! ;)

Relaxing game and really satisfying once you learn how to drift properly. Relatively easy and pretty short in length even if you complete everything.

First playthrough now in 2018. Not as poorly aged as 'everyone' on the internet is claiming. Very playable and fun!

Mechanics take some time to get used to. It's an older game and has its flaws, but nothing too bad. Not as polished as TW2 or TW3. Well worth playing if you like The Witcher series.

Masterpiece.
