Great game, especially for FTL fans. However does have less longevity especially since it's pretty easy to unlock all squads.
Still worth it for a good 5 to 10 hours.

My biggest complaint is that there is not a single gimmick in this game which can not be said about 99% of other survival games in this genre

I just started playing this game, I had never heard of this game or seen footage of it ever before. I don't know how the game was before this build so I can't say whether some things were better before changes happened or the game became better with every patch.

But I'll say this; I'm a huge FTL fan for it's addicting replayability, I'm a huge X-COM fan because of it's harshness and constant team management and I'm also a huge Dark Souls fan because of it's mood and style.

Somehow this game manages to be all 3 and I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love it.

A guy walks into a bar and asks for a copy of Diablo 3. When the bartender asks why he wants Diablo 3 he replies by saying that he wants a good Action RPG game with lots of playtime and an online mode so he can have a jolly good time with friends.
The bartender and everyone else in the bar hits him and kicks him out of the bar along with a copy of Titan quest because Diablo 3 sucks
