Ive had to re-edit this review due to the current state of the game. This game was incredible the first few weeks. Now it's just a waste of my time and causes nothing but frustration. Initially being PvP, i decided to focus on friendly encounters for the past week. This seemed to have dropped some hidden MMR that puts me in more friendly lobbies. The reason i had to do this is i can't Pvp with my friends or it puts me in sweat lobbies in solo. So I had to choose. The past 6 games in a row, ive been ratted after spending the entire time in "friendly" lobbies looting. If I fight back, i get punished by the MMR. We get told a few weeks before Expedition launch that we need to farm 5 million stash value, which is looking like is not gonna happen in time due to the games i keep getting put in (getting in late with all the areas looted only to get ratted by a fake friendly at the end). They rework the trials so you no longer progress in them unless that's all you focus on. Idk what happened to this game, or why, but it went from one of the best games i've played this year to a consistently horrible experience with weird dev choices being made from a Dev team only 2 weeks ago I thought were a breath of fresh air. I hope changes get made soon to bring the fun back to this game because currently as a Solo player, the experience has taken a nose dive to what it was only a few weeks ago.

If you have the patience to learn it, you'll experience the greatest Combat System in the history of Action RPGs. Absolutely addictive.

Being able to mod this game on PC breaths infinite replay value into this already 2000+ hrs experience

A worthy spiritual successor to multiple of my favourite Shinobi/Samurai themed Action RPGs of the past.
