Short but very entertaining game. Although sometimes you may find yourself lost, it wont take time to find your way again as every cavern is unique more or less.

The animation is very fluid and the gameplay is fast and to the point. Never is it too difficult or too easy, and the puzzles show off both how entertaining linearity can be as well as push the player to use all his abilities.

Even though there are constant nudges for most puzzles here and there, containment breaches are unique, in that they are hidden and can only be accessed or obtained after using abilities found later in the game. Their prize is an extension of the original abilities, so they aren't really sought after, but provide relaxation to the completionist player as every level shows the progress of the player towards 100%.

The soundtrack is magnificent. I cannot explain how well it fits every single background and environment. It certainly isn't a piece of music you can hear over no context, but combined with the aesthetic of the game, it's like bread and butter.

The story in and of itself is interesting and left to interpretation. There is no dialogue other than written signs and messages - warnings for staff facility- but the premise remains unchanged. Without getting into spoiler territory, I will just say that the origin of CARRION (the monster your control) as well as the whole project of containing it end up in a pathway that remains a mystery, only guided by the player's passive actions which don't directly impact the flow of the game.

Overall, a very good game. It certainly also has some replayability value. If you see the game on sale again, don't hesitate grabbing it!

Simply put, not only is the game worth your money, you are going to have an amazing experience with it. I'm writing this review a year and a half late, so I wont go into depth, as all the other reviews do a very good job at summarizing it. Overall though, the game is unconventional, smooth and most importantly, incredibly fun. You must AT LEAST check out the Demo.

Simple to learn, difficult to master. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice starts off with basic mechanics that make sense at first, but require time and strategy to execute with their utmost potential.

Although players might find frustrating the process of dying and losing your hard-earned money and experience, losing is just part of the game, and although nobody likes to do so, it is a necessary component in Sekiro in order for the player to get used to it.

In its heart Sekiro, is nothing more but a rhythm game disguised as a third-person game set in feudal Japan. From simple minions and NPCs to mini-bosses and Bosses, Sekiro has plenty of enemies that have their unique patterns and ways of fighting, which in truth are just a series of combinations and motives that can be learnt to be countered like a modern rhythm game through practice and experience.

Spatially speaking, Sekiro gives off the feeling of an open world game with various locations to explore and beautiful scenery, levels and environment, which in turn can be appreciated by both low-end and top-of-the art PC builds

After becoming ensued with the environment of Sekiro, the player may find amusing the hidden details, secrets and lore throughout the game, as well as appreciate the variety of ways to get through any situation. The game contains secondary quests or storylines which have various outcomes and are not part of the story, but the player may find amusing to complete

Story-wise, the player can make his own choices throughout the whole of the game except from some restrictions. An interesting mix between the brutality of the setting and the morality of the protagonist, Sekiro has a lot to offer in regards to the story.

The dialogue is well written and rich in context and clarity, and the voice over is spectacular whether you prefer the original Japanese (which I would recommend with subtitles) or the English language

Sound-wise, the game offers a variety of background music and SFX which will in truth transfer the player in the setting Sekiro wants to represent.

Overall, Sekiro has a lot to offer to the players and I believe people who may fight to complete it, will also find the game more than amusing and even continue the game from the start to unlock different endings, as the game has New Game + modes and a good value of replayability.

Although I believe 50 hours are a good average for a person to fully experience the game, people can either complete it faster or take their time, as Sekiro is fit for every circumstance and taste regarding this type of games

A personal favourite and a well-earned 10/10 from me. I wish I could erase my memories and play the whole game from the start

WARNING: If you care about achievements, don't play this game on offline as it will never register records while in offline mode and you will need to do everything from the start in order for Steam to detect it while online.

A truly creative game! Now that it's on sale, grab it on! It promises at least half an hour of interesting gameplay. The dialogue contains nice use of vocabulary, and thechanging of teh environment happens real-time, very fascinating!.
What's most exciting, are the puzzles. You may need ot think them over for either a minute, or an hour. Really amazing ones there!
And last but not least, I really enjoyed the small pieces of soundtracks revolving around the game, making the game even more fascinating and provide you an immersive experience!
The game lacks a specific kind of story, but that is covered by gameplay. A must buy option from me! Have fun!

P.S. Just made a walkthrough through the entire game! You can view it for help or to test the game here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEIqE6Ke_gQ&feature=youtu.be

Simply enough, a very fun game with nice graphics and relatable physics. I like the fact that I can play with many people and have fun in a thilling game full of action, tricks and co-operation. Everything is fair with no"pay to win" features rather than just cosmetic. Great to pass your time on either with your friends, or with other players. Also, a very nice game for the gamers seeking fame and want to score the leaderboards by playing on the competitive system. No limitations! I had much fun at this game, and so will you :D

This is a unique game. Everything inside it is unique. I have already become addicted to his game and I have to say, you definitely have to check it out!

What I really like is the perception of choice. You can choose to play the game stealthily, or hack 'n' slash like. You choose, but there are certain penalties and rewards for each action taken.

In a way, this game is epic for me, but it has some problems in it. So here are some pros and cons:

Pros:
1: you get to choose between playing stealthily or start WW3

2: You have your own base which you are responsible for and build by your own via playing and exploring the game. The more you explore, the better for you.

3: You have a wide variety of weapons and their physics and aiming are very realistic (in my opinion) which you can upgrade on next grades, but have to build your mother base further on developing new ones.

4: You open in a small variety of big area maps which are open world, filled with side OP missions if you don't want to straight finish the whole game and pass your time exploring and recruiting new staff.

5: You can get to your mother base as a recruit literally anyone, but not everyone will have the same abilities as others and on the same factors. There are many grades that soldiers and recruits are divided to.

6: You have a wide variety of different factors on your mother base, each serving a different purpose and is able to level up on their job and expand themselves for allowing more recruits to join in. This happens for every factor and is essential to the game.

7: You have your own personal buddy from the start of the game, the D-Horse which is basically an animal tank for me and your best friend.

8: You can request from your mother base supply drops for anything, even cardboard, and you can get your own personal helicopter request and bombardment request which are basically infinite and make the impossible possible through the game (even beating the skulls in the first missions)

8: The whole story is a masterpiece. Personally I haven't skipped a single cutscene. And if you haven't played any other MGS game, don't worry, the most vital parts of the story are explained throughout original story. Even how Snake got the name "Big Boss", which can be heard by your hunchmen's talking in the mother base

9: You can notice from the first bits of Thrace. The graphics are just stunning, and spectacular. Ecstasiastic

10: Oh Hideo Kojima, what a beautiful gift you gave us, the perfect dream, Quiet

Cons:

1: Basically, if you play the game correctly, even if you get more than 100 hits in one mission, you won't die and later pretend nothing ever happened. This is very unrealistic as well as the serious injuries part, which don't make any sense on Snake surviving in any way

2: If you have the correct armor and lie down like a snake, even if a soldier come and sees you from 1 meter away and had his Flashlight pointed at you, if you don't move and play stealth mode, he will ignore you, even if he sees a person lying on the ground with heavy guns on his back.

3: The controls can't sync quite fast. This happens mostly with the D-Horse when stopping on a rock, but on Snake too. I mean, it's annoying that when the character reaches a standby phase of the character while cancelling an action that then he can't move although Shift and W are pressed together. The character will remain on the same position. This has happened to me way to many times.

4: Afghanistan and Africa. Ideal places for war, people chasing each other in the desert or jungle, ALL DAY. Does Snake even sleep?

5: The whole Fulton idea is just wrong.I mean you can't find something realistic for "extracting" in a fast paced game but, just come on. Applying a balloon over literally anything and then just vanishing in the air just doesn't make any sense. The weirdest part is that any other soldiers rarely ever notice and when they do they say "♥♥♥♥, not him too!" Like wow, how realistic would it be sending someone miles away with a 0.5 meters Balloon.

Well, whatever all I said till now, the cons are literally nonsense because they absolutely do not affect the whole awesomeness of the game. This is a unique game as I said, a masterpiece and a story for each mission. You will love it, just get it already!
