game of the year 10/10 baguettes

Fun, addictive game, which wasn't overpriced! ($3 NZD) Took me just over 11h to get all the achieves done.
Looking forward to more maps + playable characters and some more skills!

Good, fun, relaxed game. Nice to plan the defences and then see how it and your warriors hold out vs the zombie waves!

I've played a good amount of this game and I've only explore about half of the map.
And I'm planning on exploring all of it!

The loot is nice and the combat feels good! My only issue is that complete guns or weapons don't drop and it took me a while before I went and bought parts to build the different types of weapons. (tbf, if I just played more of the main quest line that wouldn't have been an issue). But once you've done that it's super easy to swap out parts for different parts.

I've never been a big fan of story lines so I'm honestly just skipping most of the conversations in the game so I can run off and explore again while smacking and shooting things! And I can understand why people had issues with this game. The tutorial 'quests' are pretty intrusive, but once you get past the first 2h or so, the game really opens up!

If you're looking for something nice to explore and run around in to kill some time then this is for you!

I'm really happy with how the developers are choosing to finish up development on this game.
There are many things still in development that are awesome additions to the game.

I recommend giving the game a try before they finish it, just so that you can get an idea of how much is changing.
They are also starting to hype the game up with some announcement videos of what they're working on, which is cool!
