I've only finished the main story of the base game, so barely scratching the surface, but I can safely say this game is great. Really makes me remember why I even play games to begin with.

It's not a perfect game by any means, but the characters and the world make it something truly special.

Raiden killed like 20 Metal Gear Rays in MGS2 so him flipping one over by it's arm as a cyborg ninja makes perfect sense in the context of this series.

Also, get Offensive Defense skill it's the dodge of this game, very important.

This game oozes style, from the animation, music, characters and attacks.
Stupidly fun and incredibly memorable.
Metal Gear Rising was my gateway into this type of game, and now I've been firmly sucked in by Bayonetta.

Jackpot!
