This game's generated world is a marvel of depth, though not without some minor placement flaws. Great game, Solid game play mechanics that hides the story effectively. Shame devolver digital apparently has a claim on the word 'loop' in game titles.

It may be good ol' halo, but prepare for bad servers, boring playlist/ map rotation and rampant money grubbing.

Payday 2 has been a wonderful example of what games as a service can be, as one of the participants of the beta in 2013 I can tell you Payday 2 has impoved in quality dramaticly, by far one of the most obvious improvements have been from the voice acting talent (Haven't seen the recent h3h3 pack yet), the depth of the heist have surpassed the intensity of the Classics of PD1 heists with additions such as preplaning and Drivable vehicles.

This isn't your average First person shooter, Payday 2 is an RPG that can be a Clandestine affair where you own an entire bank without setting of any alarms or a bombastic Army assualt defence game where multible specials forces agencies send there best men to their doom for you are death incarnate with your own dogs of war (a little overhyped), these playstyle can mix suprisingly well with the games loadout system where you can customise your own personal armory of Longswords, Daggers, Katanas, Pistols, Saws, ARs, Shotguns, Misslelaunchers and Miniguns. Some might say it's all on your Criminal ambition.

To know that Overkill still has plans for improving PD2 and are dabbling in VR Makes my very hopeful for any future endeavors they persue in the future.
