The Homeless need to be rounded up and put somewhere away from the public. Some homeless people are pure parasites. The dude was likely not there by happenstance, just strolling along. He probably bothers customers and makes people not want to come back. At one restaurant I worked at, homeless people literally ♥♥♥♥ outside the drive thru, in part because they were waiting out there to scream at people to give them their food they just ordered, and also they wanted us to give them food or money in order to pay them off to leave. It's a racket. These people are vermin. Not all, but a lot of the time.
