A very fun, engrossing, beautiful looking game. But now that I'm finished one utopia run, i have zero desire to play again.

Most of the ideas and laws will be generally the same, and the only real motivation I have is to see all the different factions - which can honestly be done with a google search rather than another 10 hr run.

late game is such a breeze it turns into a city builder. My first whiteout was absolute hell and then everything after that was barely an issue.

very captivating for the first 4 hours of a city. Discovering all the laws, dealing with people, having laws pass by the skin of my teeth, all very good. 8.3/10

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. i LOVED this game. It cherry picked all the best parts of the oldschool JRPGs (xenogears, chrono trigger, golden sun, FF, etc) and cut out all the fat. Level up system tweaked so no grinding. exploration rewarded, experimentation rewarded. just an amazing game. a few faults but nothing major. Loved it from finish to end. 9.5/10

its lit

ever since i beat wasteland 3 earlier this year, i've been craving another story driven tactical rpg. ive tried so many and nothing really scratched the itch (ive played all known big names in the past).

this game gives me the exact same vibes as W3. I love it so far, 90 mins in. written dialogue is witty, the characters are interesting, and the prose/style of writing is magnificent.

gameplay is exactly what you would expect from a CRPG. and i mean that as a huge compliment
