10/10, HAS THE BUGEYE WRX STI. I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS CAR IN ANY ARCADE STREET RACERS SINCE TXR 3 AND DRIFT 2. THANK YOU GENKI FOR LETTING ME DRIVE MY CAR IN A MODERN GAME, FINALLY!

Truly a phenomenal successor to the previous TXR games.
- Driving feel is grippy
- Cars feel balanced
- Tire mechanic is a great new take to the engine temps of the previous games
- Progression feels competent and is actually visualized with a checklist
- Map and Rivals are visible without having to go back to the Garage and end the day

Would love to see them add a couple things:
- RAIN: Low visibilty and slick road surfaces would be a fantastic addition IMO, the teru teru bozu from Drift 2 would also
be a welcome addition with this
- Nagoya & Osaka: Big ask but would be incredible to go back, or at the very least have a couple of the later game teams
and bosses from TXR 3 have a comeback ;)
- A few more selections of wheels from the current manufacturers: Another big ask as licencing can be a pain in the butt,
but would be a very welcome addition in the full release

This is where this game has peaked finally a car pack that is actually worth spending money on. Should've been included in ultimate edition but I digress.

Absolutely scratches the TXR/Shutokou Battle itch while keeping it fresh and unique with interesting mechanics. Cars sound and look incredible and the vibe and setting is 100% on point. Love that there are real world equivalents to all the cars and customisation options as well. Driving feels nice and weighted without feeling too heavy. AI feels good and is challenging but could be fleshed out a touch more to prevent them from having some silly crashes.

Navigation system could use some tweaking as it is abit tough to keep up with the midnight-club style arrow just pointing to the target location itself rather than the route that you should take.

Beyond that, for a (from what I've heard) a 1 man studio, this game is quite impressive and am really looking forward to its future development. Cant recommend that ppl check this out enough.
