I absolutely love this game. If you're looking to relax in the most tranquil, creative way, then this is for you!

I've spent most of my hours on the Snapmap editor/level creator and let me tell ya....It sure makes you feel productive. The system is smartly fleshed out, making a wide variety and detailed list of objects and networking available to the player. I've loved it since the very first time I joined and I've never looked back. Even now, that few people go online, it's still fun and enjoyable to meddle around with. Now as for the single player...well it's obvious to any who have played the previous installments, or to the many fans of the FPS genre, that this here game changed a LOT of things in the industry and broke creative boundaries. Even to he/she whom the politics do not concern, I have to state......you're gonna have a HELLISH amount of fun! Enjoy

One of the most unique, and addicting resource management games I have played! It is definitely worth playing, even more so if you get it on sale! Give it a try, I can assure you :

The 2D graphics are incredible to watch
The dismemberment animations are top notch and super satisfying
The resource management mechanics are quite simple
The game rewards you for your clever coices and punishes you for your stupid ones, as it should!
If you buff one gladiator and just max him out early on, it's going to be a pretty easy ride!

Oh and also a tip...Don't be a freaking TOOL and upgrade so you can control your gladiators. Just boost the AI on them, and let it play out. It's incredible. You don't have to get your hands dirty at all, and it's going to be more difficult. That's my opinion of course. If you like that sort of thing, go ahead.

Overall a STRONG 8.5/10 !

A really well balanced resource management game that will test your skills but enough so it can be enjoyable -something that is rare to find.

Definitely RECCOMENDED!
