Devil Daggers is *such* an immensely good game.

I've only played for 31 hours so far, but I'm addicted to its absurd difficulty and unforgiving design.

The premise is simple - Fight enemies in an arena, survive as long as you can - but no mistake goes unpunished. It's SO HARD.

Incredibly tight, stylish, super fast-paced roguelike that noticeably shaped many future games of its kind.
Huge recommendation if you're into tight, loud, unforgiving games.

I've been using GameMaker since 2013.
It's good, it's powerful, but sadly, not open-source.
For newcomers I'd recommend trying out Godot instead; You won't be limited by your tools being proprietary in the long run.

Very fun, very cute game about the daily challenges of being a silly little witch. Huge recommendation if you enjoyed Stacklands - This game is similar, but expands on the concept and mechanics a lot in some really interesting ways.

Very lovely little puzzle game. It used to be one of my favorite games as a kid.
