Please just don't. It's hard to say how well I can compare it the first since it's been a while since I played it, but anyway.
Don't do it for the lore because it adds absolutely nothing that didn't already happen in the first game.
Don't do it for the gameplay because it doesn't improve on the first in any way.
Lots of cheap and nasty quick time events, I know they were bad in the first game and they are just as bad if not worse here
Made even worse by there only really being two bossfights which are quite long, one being excruciatingly painful, and the other actually being downright easy.
And also the game is pitifully short. You spend literally about 5 minutes on Dagobah, 2 missions on Kamino, 1 on the Neimodian world, and 2 on the Rebel ship, more or less anyway. I did in just over 5 hours and that was through at least half an hour to an hour of repeating sections.
It does crash a lot but it's not too difficult to get running, and the 60FPS patch doesn't break enough to where you can tell

Just go back and replay the first if you want your fix. Judging from comments it's maybe just as bad to run. And the bossfights can also be excruiating. But at least the story feels self-contained. A lot of enemy variety. More than two damn bossfights. And Starkiller actually feels like he grows whereas here he just shouts a lot and you don't really care because he's a clone (not a spoiler).
