Kind of confusing to get started. Great once you get in a groove 10/10!

Early Access Review
I love this game! While I do play other shmups this one has kept me coming back. Switching pilots is really fun and makes the game feel different every time I play. The newest update is great, it's obvious they weren't just sitting around twiddling their thumbs after the drama. The new graphics look great, however I would like to have the option to change resolutions, but that's a small nitpick in an otherwise solid game

Similar to Paper, Please Not Tonight is a game centered on paperwork. With a similar story of living under an oppressive government. Not Tonight differs in that it's not as bleak as Papers, Please, with enough humor to break up the more gloomy themes at play. The music is pretty good, even if it is muffled while you're working the door until it's opened, a nice detail. The pixel art graphics are beautiful as well however, things like lighting in levels make it easy to miss details you're supposed to be looking for such as clothing. Not Tonight is more forgiving of mistakes than Papers, Please it's still not a cake walk but it's solid gameplay. Controls are all mouse driven. You can unlock limited keyboard shortcut through upgrades, but those are few and far between. Overall Not Tonight is an entertaining game with enough meat to be worth a play if you enjoyed Papers, Please.
