I waited over a decade for a game like this, and for me, it was absolutely worth it. Once Human creates a post-apocalyptic world that genuinely pulls me in, it feels both haunting and alive at the same time. The environments are incredibly detailed, and the character and enemy designs are memorable and unique.
What I enjoy the most is how immersive everything feels. Exploring is genuinely rewarding, the atmosphere keeps me hooked, and there’s always something catching my attention. It doesn’t feel like I’m just trying to survive! I feel like I’m part of a living, evolving world.
Overall, it’s a fun and engaging experience for me, and it completely justifies the long wait.
But the saddest part for me is being alone in this kind of game, it honestly breaks my heart sometimes. Even though I genuinely love *Once Human*, I find myself getting overwhelmed because of that loneliness.
Still, no matter what, it’ll always stay as one of my favorite games… even if I end up quitting.
