Normally I like to leave a review after I complete a game, with this title that would be a little difficult. Bloob's Adventure IDLE is something I found in my recommended on YouTube, and has scratched that runescape itch at a fraction of the price of keeping up membership.

As of this review there are two types of game modes, one is normal mode and the other is turbo. Normal mode is just that, the game at 1x speed with a "Time bank" that takes some of your afk time and allows you to double or triple speed the game for a short time, this is the main game mode and where ~90% of the achievements are.

Turbo mode on the other hand is the same game, but with no time bank and 10x game speed. I find that if I am actively playing the game I will sit on turbo mode so that I can bank time for my normal mode playthrough, but I think both game modes are just fine.

The soundtrack for this game is wonderful, and the events for holidays have remained on the map so far, allowing you to go back and get Halloween cosmetics even now in January as of this review. One of the things you have to remind yourself about is that this is an idle game, and has similar xp curves to actual Old School Runescape, so getting your skills up is going to take some time.

If you stick around in the game long enough you will come across something called Prestige, this is unlocked once you get your first skill to level 100, which depending on the skill could take 2-3 days of nonstop play or 1-2 weeks if you need to gather certain materials. The time crunch may put some people off, but the time bank will allow you to shorten these times. Back to prestiging though, when you prestige it puts the level of the skill back down to 1, and increases the level needed to reach by 100. When you do this though, it increases base xp of that skill, and generally introduces a small upgrade (for dexterity it removes the run energy drain once you prestige).

Despite the games small price tag there is a large amount of content, with the next major update introducing a new region of the map, and all skills getting new content up to level 300~, though if you are just starting out you will not see that zone for quite a long time.

Overall this has been a very fun game for me, and I have had it on my second monitor for a few weeks now, at the price point this is a must have for anyone needing a new second monitor game, or perhaps even a main monitor game if you like turbo mode like I do.
