Notorious for his role in the Glaswegian Uprisings of 1490, Petey has long been a hated - and respected - figure in underworld circles. Rumoured to have a whole cabinet dedicated to his exploits at New Scotland Yard, in light of the current crisis, Petey was granted unofficial pardon by Prince Phillip himself, after the Royal witnessed a particularly impressive outburst of racial slurs directed towards a drunken New Zealand diplomat. This special privilege has given Petey de-facto free rein in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, allowing him to lead elite zombie outbreak response teams into battle, free of government oversight.

An absolutely ruthless warrior, there's no finer fighter you'd want firing a shotgun past your left ear when the blood and vomit and spit and limbs are flying through the air!
