You can read it all over the reviewsection. This game is being censored to appeal to consoles while taking a dump on the pc version, Void was very vocal about 'this is the game now' essentially. Censoring parts of the game that previously built great parts of the atmosphere is a straight downgrade for a game trying to portray realistic situations.
