This was more of a tech demo than anything else. The graphics were nice and the weather/physic effects were ok, but I never got that "wow that's cool" feeling I was hoping for. It was very short and had very limited enemies. I am hoping the finished product has much more to offer. Could of just used this as a portion of a trailer to promote the game when it is complete. It's not a complete waste of time, but don't expect anything mind blowing.

As a owner of the 1st Beat Hazard, I would say that this game builds upon that foundation well. The added feature of "open mic" for using streaming services, was a nice touch. It is a great time killer while enjoying your favorite tunes. A feature I would like added is the ability to merge the 1st Beat Hazard enemies and bosses into the 2nd one, giving more variety of enemies. I would recommend this game in it's current state, as it seems to work fine. If you have never played Beat Hazard, just get Beat Hazard 2. It has more options and graphically seems a bit better. Overall, I enjoyed playing it during the weekend free trial. I will most definitely be purchasing it soon.
