This game left me wanting more. I got all the achievements and I would continue to play if I felt like I had anything worthwhile left to do. The game is gorgeous, provided you can run it. The combat is the best part of the game, both fast paced and crunchy, however, and here's where it starts to go downhill, you'll be hitting variants of the same enemies for roughly 30 hours. The first game had the same issue, and touching on that, this game has alot of the same issues the first game has:

Lack of enemy variety, which is particularly grading late-game.
A confusing mess of a story, with entire narrative arcs (albeit some good) that go nowhere.
"So-so" ally AI, how many times must I scream "HELP ME" before one of my *three* teammates provides assistance???
Lack of meaningful transportation, which means you'll be hoofing it most of the time.
Lack of late-game armors, equipment, and just content in general.
Only two majorly different "areas/terrain types", which is a SHAME because the two you do frequent are artfully crafted

With all that being said, its a serviceable experience and the first hour of the game had my jaw on the floor. It's such a bitterbla- bittersweet experience. The initial, oh my god, this is the game I waited all these years for feeling was divine, but by the end I realize I spent the majority of my time "chasing the dragon", which seems suiting. Here's hoping we get a "Dark Arisen". Until then, 8/10.
