100 ms is not that bad, try landing hits on people with 170ms with heavier weapons , its really tough. sadly the netcode is awful

You and I basically have a bad connection and 100 ping is quite enough for damage to pass through you with a delay of a second or when your blow hits with gigantic phantomness
