Peak TellTale type story telling! Been waiting years for another game to take the reigns of old TellTale and I'm glad the directors of their best games returned with AdHoc. We need season 2 of Dispatch ASAP!

As long as you don't take the game seriously, like at all, it is super fun to play in multiplayer.

It's early access so only get it if you know what you're in for. But what's in store is very fun and a great start to a game I've been waiting for.

EDIT AFTER ALMOST 3 YEARS:
I had 300 hours in early access prior to launch, and BG3 quickly became one of my favourite games of all time. I am a huge 5e fan, and seeing the player progression and things you can do in this game is truly incredible. I can go on for many hours, and overall had an incredible 150hr journey (not counting lost time or save scum a few time haha). As many have said, the different acts can be a bit of a difference, but I did not feel that until the end of the game. The only gripe I have with the game is the ending, which is unfortunate. However, the capability to create your own story I think can also extend to making your own ending in your end, while not as satisfying, still possible. Act 3 was a lot of fun, with so many things to discover, awesome loot, and great character stories. I believe with how many people have stated the endings issues, they will iron out act 3 in due time. On the other hand, I can't help but say that this game is something very special to me, and after playing DoS2 and getting BG3 on day 1 early access, I have waited so long to finish the journey. And while it may not have been the most satisfying end, the quality of everything else cannot be said enough. While a slight cop out, I know Larian studios passion for the fans and their games will only make this an even better game in the future. I can't deny that all the companions, their stories, and how life like and real they felt throughout the game is nothing short of amazing, and can only improve.

As it stands, this takes place as one of my all time favourite games, along with fallout new Vegas. And hopefully with a bit of a stronger finish, they can truly make something that will stand the test of time.

EDIT PART 3: Man it is crazy how much Larian can put in their games even 4 months after launch!! I have not seen the new endings yet but I imagine most of my issues have been dealt with...11/10
