Good game, but no real goal or end game. The true gem of this game is probably creative mode. Otherwise you prob only need 1 train, one truck, 20 belts and you completed the game.

Decent game and well worth the money, especially if you enjoy turn based tactical rpgs.
It is however not a long game as some other triple A games, and not that much depth. This probably suits people that can't or doesn't want to sink hundreds of hours into a game. When doing "everything", just for the sake of doing it, the game should be around 30-40 hours, depending on how much of the lore you actually read.

Opinions about the game is of personal preference though, and everything technical felt smooth enough. I don't understand why both Wasteland 2 and 3 got so long loading times though, feels like at least 30 seconds.

A nice game, and worth my kickstarter backing. Even if it is not an open world, I dont mind the larger locations and traveling like Fallout 2. In it's current state I would say it is an unpolished gem, and with big tweaks it could be so much better.

I had some major bugs that made me having to backtrack sometimes. The first bug was all inventory stacking on eachother in the top left corner, which happened several times during my gameplay. This bug sometimes resolved itself by unstacking them manually and then running to another location to save, and other times they just restacked themselves after you picked up new stuff.

The second major bug was getting stuck at the antique guy location. Basically teleporting me back to this location everytime i tried to leave through "fast" travel.

The third bug was related to the quest system as it seemed highly flawed. There were some steps that did not work even though the steps litterally said to talk to X. Some steps were in russian. Some quests lacked a lot of information. But eventually I just got stuck because a quest in the major questline wasn't working. The quest said report back to X, but I suspect there wasanother quest I had to do first, but I couldn't really figure out which, so I basically had to quit.

The fourth bug was a level with a super-armor, that made me spawn back at the start when dying in it. I was also out of bullets and could not teleport out of the "instance" to buy more, as the path was blocked. Also I think the armor spawned back at the base when I exited it, so that particular map took a while.

There were other smaller things that bothered me, like entering dreamplaces without enough sanity, before I realised how sanity worked. It also took me a while to understand you could eat the invisible doggies to regain sanity. I also had major issues with inventory management, even though I picked all the inventory talents early on. I basically had to unload almost everything in a locker to wear the good armors, or have more stuff and wear paper armor. It mightve been that my chosen class could not carry much, I didn't try the others.

I'd still recommend it though, but save a lot and be careful of these bugs I guess.

I was not under the impression that this game would be a genre of this sort when I backed it, so I was obviously dissapointed.
I do of course however respect that some people enjoy these type of games though, possibly some kind of Theif with other fantasy elements to it.

Pretty nice game, and I'm glad I backed it.
Some negative aspects though:

- Battle becomes repetative after a while. This because with rogue masscloak and buffs makes you able to idle until you unleash all the damage, which usually kills the entire enemy party. In theory you could have 1 hp and still most likely win all fights, even bosses. This wasn't the case for the first 25% of the game though, so it seems to have some scaling problems.

- Probably too many elven "unique" weapons, and often with the same special effects. I assume it is to cater to every possible build in the game, but they stop feeling unique at one point of the game.

- The elven "place weapon here" where you place certain elven weapons at their 3rd upgrade stage is quite confusing at first, since it takes a while to get a weapon that actually match the text that is hinted on the "statue".

- It feels a bit off to control 6 characters when there are only 4 classes. This considering you pretty much can take all talents towards the end of the game anyways, so they become very similar a part from a few special talents that you have to make a choice between.

- The opportunity system draws the mechanics to unleashing all your damage with one or two characters, while others are just AFK tanking. This together with mages able to unleash their damage without even using opportunity.

- Some builds basically did too much damage. Rogue with strops together with bard song for no cooldown and mages able to spam their one spellpoint mass aoe spell made battles trivial after a certain point. My rogue would oneshot all parties solo after a while, and most bosses as well. And even if I didn't have my rogue, my mages could aoe all parties anyways. The class that felt the most balanced were fighters.

If you want to play a game with decent graphics, no depth, very few challenges, dull story and just random dissapointments, this is a game for you. I remember me just playing through it hoping for some big twist, huge boss or a big challenge, and just ended being dissapointed. The lore is however decent, so if you want to read a book with some nice graphics, for 15 $ or €, this might be for you. Also, if you like sci-fi, just because it's sci-fi, even if it has a 5.0 rating on IMDB, it also might be worth a buy.

Amazing game, but mods make the loadtimes extremely long, something that is somewhat annoying already, but not as bad as the first game.

9/10 game for sure.
