Thats all that needs to be said. $15 may be out of some peoples range, but its a very enjoyable adventure!
If you get "Your graphics card is not compatible with Directx 11" or some crap like that, download dxdiag, or dxcpl if you do not already have those. If neither program helps, check your installation folder location. (Mine had to switch drives in order to work).
