If you're not terminally online and have an iq higher than room temperature (Celsius), just ignore the recent review bombings.

People complaining because a gacha game is not as friendly as it always has been, not realising that the collab contract is a two way thing and the developers don't have 100% say in it. They got too used to how good this game was and took it for granted, and now they're the ones complaining at the slightest inconvenience.

Game's good, just play and enjoy it.

The game has a training system where you can train for stats, and as soon as I saw that you have the option to go for Strength training as a witch, naturally, I took that route.

I have only trained Strength thinking it would be funny, equipped a sword, and ended up with what feels like a scarily optimal build.

10/10 best witch game on the market. I don't even use spells anymore.

A watered down and less fun version of Payday 2 with different systems and mechancis and a new look.

Give it 5 years, maybe it will be half as good as Payday 2. The devs have a good track record for long-time development (minus the morbillion DLCs issue).

Not worth buying now, not worth buying tomorrow either. Just play Payday2. It's way more fun.

Sadly, the game is nearly dead now. I wanted to play again after a while, but looking at how the 24-hour peak is less than a quarter of when i quit due to empty lobbies, and the current players on the game are about 13 globally, I am giving up.

Peak game play, peak aesthetic, abandoned game. It pains me to say this, but if you don't have enough friends to effectively fill a lobby in your region by yourselves, don't even bother playing, unless somehow the game gets to a triple digit player count again you'll be lucky to have more than two teams in the same lobby.

Well, it's understandable people don't play. The game does not get updates, fixes, or anything at all. It's always going to be the same experience. Somehow, it genuinely saddens me that the developers decided not to go with the live service route. I mean, yeah, the game was made as a for fun joke project, but it's just so peak that I'd happily play it even if it were live service slop, provided that the experience stays the same. It certainly would at least be better than not being able to play at all due to player count issues...

Only updating to not recommended because it's basically impossible to play the game now.

I normally hate Battle Royale as a genre, but I am loving the game. Has to be the best Battle Royale game I've tried and is very fun.

I see some reviews mentioning that people aren't playing anymore and that the servers are empty or that there is no playerbase, but at least for today I've been able to constantly queue into seemingly full lobbies in less than 1 minute of queue time. (For reference, it was evening / night in Europe, though i was playing on NA servers, EU servers might be dead).

Game's quite cheap and fun, give it a try. And even if dev support is discontinued (we're told not to expect any updates anymore), I don't see that as a problem here. Game is still fun.
