This game has made a very strong case for becoming my favorite game of all time. The music is always awe inspiring, but I think where this game truly shines is it's character design. Every single boss and enemy in the game has a ton of detail and is crafted so beautifully that it could be mistaken for renaissance artwork. I beat the game without using spirit summons because I love the difficulty, but don't let difficulty become what stops you from buying this game as spirit summons and many other things can add variance to the difficulty depending on your preference.

To summarize, this game is astounding, awe inspiring and constantly fun; if you want an amazing experience buy this game.

I got this after i had seen a youtube video on it, I thought it would be a fun change of pace game. A bit different experience i could play when i was bored of the normal game archetypes. I tried it out and I was very quickly hooked. Instead of a change of pace game, it became one of my most played games. If you're on the fence about buying this game, let me tell you that you should get off that fence, grab your wallet, and buy it. For me, this game is 10/10.

Overall: this game is good, i've loved playing it. Co-op is well made, and despite a couple bugs in the game, it's really fun. Boss fights are creative, and levels feel great. Almost done with the campaign at 6 hours in, so relatively short, but that can be remedied by arcade mode and trying to find all the magazines in all the levels. If you enjoyed Hotline Miami you will enjoy this game
