I really wanted to like this game, but the gameplay feels unengaging, the edginess and humor are not there and the game runs terribly. It's completely unoptimized and it's honestly better to just stick to Postal 2.

Absolutely fantastic game that's pretty much a perfect adaptation: it takes the original, fleshes it out, respects the hell out of it and is just a really engaging RPG point and click, which is a rare combo. Multiple endings make it very replayable, the soundtrack is fantastic, and discounting a couple pixel-hunting ones, so are the puzzles. Strongly recommended.

An amazing trilogy, you'd never expect this kind of quality from what were originally browser games, but scriptwelder delivers. The puzzles are intuitive yet creative, the atmosphere is unmatched and it really keeps you tense.

This DLC was overpriced from the start, so what Paradox did is the raised the price AFTER it was released, too. It's glitchy and doesn't add that much to the game. I honestly can't recommend.

There is a lot that I like about this game, but at the same time, it came out in a very barebone state, and the expansions are disappointing. To make matters worse, Paradox recently increased the prices of existing DLCs and decided that selling things that in any other game would've been a free update at five bucks is a fair practice.

Hwang is finally back and better than ever. His redesign is fantastic, all of his parts look great in creation, he's fun to use and easy to just pick up and play.

This pack is pretty terrible, it's mostly plastic skimpy stuff from the free to play game they tried to forget, as well as Tekken stuff that clearly doesn't fit.

It's just okay, nothing special, but not as bad as the previous one. I give it thumbs up.

So I initially bought the game on Good Old Games, but the support for it there ended, so I wrote the dev and they actually gifted me with the Ancestral Edition on Steam, so kudos for that.

As for the game itself, if you like lovecraftian atmosphere, party management and rogue-like RPG, this is the right game for you. Just be aware that combat and many other features rely strongly on RNG, so sometimes it may feel a little cheap, but boy, I can't think of a more rewarding, well-crafted and simply fun game than Darkest Dungeon.

Also, the community support is great with hundreds, if not thousands of mods to choose from.

If you loved original Postal 2, you're going to love Paradise Lost. Absolutely worth the wait.
