70 hrs later I haven't finished a run

Not exactly my style personally. For me it lacks a tactical aspect, but really fun for an on and off shooter to jump into when you have a few minutes-hours to kill.

Honestly, most of these negative reviews are unfair.
Yes the game is a bit poorly optimized A FREAKING DAY AFTER LAUNCH.
I manage to play at a consistent 50 fps with a 980 4gb and i7 4790k.
The gameplay is really intense and fun. I recommend to play in pairs, even if you have to que with randoms. Randoms are really good too. Only once have I encountered a random teammate that ran into some zombies(?) and died instantly, probably just a new player as the game just came out. All the other teammates I have matched with have been really good and nice.

The "die and lose everything" thing isn't as extreme as people make it. You can always buy a new hunter with gear and you get (sh*tty) free ones if you have no money. When you level up your hunter and it becomes really good the risk is higher. When they add more and harder monsters it would make sense to take out your best hunter for the high risk, high reward sh*t.

All in all there are tons of content here for you to enjoy, and if you want to wait a while for more content that is fine.
But don't give them a bad review on day one for something they probably will fix within the next month or so.

If they don't fix thje issues though, trash them as hard as you can cause the last thing we need is another dayZ.

YES!! I love these kinds of games. I don't care how long it is. It is a piece of art. You do not judge a painting based on how many strokes it got, do you? You judge it based on how it makes you feel and what mood it puts you in. The same way should you judge this game. Yes, the game is short. however, for what it is, it is one of the best games i have ever played. Though it lacks a bit in voice acting, it still manages to tell the story in a immersive way.

All in all, I think that this game does an amazing job at both telling a story and being a challenging game with inovative game mechanics.

9/10 Would talk to frogs again

If you are into short, story driven and well thought out games this is for you. It only gives you about 4 hours of gameplay, but in my opinion it is aboslutely worth it. The story is good and captivating. Maybe kind of predictable? idk, but the thing that did the little extra for me was not the story, but the characters and how their story and personality unfolds. Multiple story changing decisions and collectibles makes the game very replayable. 9/10

Even at this state (Very early alpha) it is worth every penny. I mean, 2 dollars? common, buy it. I can't believe what people are saying about hit registration and stuff like that. They must have fixed it because i have not had any problems with it. Its a fun, quick, arcade style action/stealth game and this is very early alpha. I finished all the levels in about an hour but thats just one of the modes. Probably around 3-4 hours of gameplay before it gets repetative and if the developers actually gives a ♥♥♥♥ i can see this game giving you up to 15 hours if levels and such are added. This could be a really cool cheap game :)
