There's been a lot of talk about this game, and the two biggest gripes are familiar to anyone who's played Monster Hunter before.

First off, the performance isn't great. Yeah, the game can be glitchy and crash-prone, but it's not completely unplayable. If you've got a decent PC and GPU, you should be fine.

The second issue is the story and pacing of the early quests—it's just not good. Monster Hunter has always had this problem, where you spend hours collecting eggs and mushrooms instead of doing anything exciting. Now, you get to hunt monsters sooner, but the game holds your hand way too much in the beginning. Combine that with unskippable cutscenes, forced slow walks, and the usual weak storytelling, and the first 10 hours can feel like a drag.

But once you get past the story, the gameplay is amazing. It takes everything good from Monster Hunter World and makes it even better.

Can't wait to sink endless hours into grinding for one single Item just so my friends can get it on the first try.

GOTY 2022. No doubt. Isn't perfect, but the closest thing we have to it.

Best Rougelike I've ever played. Hands down.

Better than what I've seen on 99% of all of the YT-Reviews.

Game almost has no bugs, at least from my playthrough of the Story it doesn't.

Faces look a little off but it's not that bad.

Tuning is incredible, sense of speed is well done and the Police are fun to avoid, the Day&Night Cycle is well implemented and doesn't feel forced.

1st Hour: *incoherent Screaming*
2nd Hour: "Oh yeah, now I understand!"
3rd Hour: "Man, I really have to get more resources!"
4th Hour: "Ok cool, now I can finally explore new Biomes!"
5th Hour forward: *incoherent Screaming*

Make the universe your own by eliminating everyone else.

Best BR shooter out there. Love the physics, most fun I've had in a competitive game in a long time.
