Game runs perfectly fine on a Ryzen 5 9600x and RX 9060 XT, more than fine, actually. No stuttering, no artifacting, graphics are great. The game looks good even on lower settings. Average of over 100 fps, never dropped below 60.
Gameplay-wise, classic borderlands is back, really fun, chaotic gameplay that the series is known for and a nice return to form after Borderlands 3 was... not good.

Predatory monetization

Combat is chaotic and hard to follow
map designs are fundamentally bad
the game will spawn you into active firefights
not a good game, maybe after a few years of patches it will be though.

I enjoy it, but I am bad at it
I think it would be greatly improved through online multiplayer co-op
it goes without saying that if you're afraid of the ocean: this is not for you.

tough at first, but once you stop getting spitroasted by dinosaurs it's fun

It's pretty good, gives a whole new importance on certain resources and forces you to relearn your playstyle
