You can tell that a lot of care went into this game. Everything in it speaks to the love and effort of the devs. The gameplay loop is enjoyable and addictive in the best manner of these types of games. It's got some new and interesting ideas that I feel like anyone who played Darkest Dungeon or any of the many roguelites would thoroughly enjoy. This game is the best incarnation of indie game development, and it deserves a look.

This is exactly what a game should be. It's polished, witty, enjoyable, and engaging. The gameplay is tight and fearless (it's not afraid of complicating itself with a host of abilities and several characters), and the storytelling elements are so well integrated that I hope and expect to see its methods in everything from indie to AAA titles. There are some really innovative things in here. All of that pales next to the feeling of chemistry between the characters. They're memorable, with their own personalities and real emotional stakes. They interact with each other and the excellent story in a way that's over the top in the best way. I finished this game feeling like real passion went into it.

This game really deserves its "Overwhelmingly Positive" rating. It's great. Just buy it.
