The fact that I bought this game and the DLC on here is a testament to the greatness of Nexus Mods. I bought this on here just to play the SW: Genesis mod... I have this game on a pass that I won't name here, but the Mod is only available off of the Steam version, so here I am. On it's own Starfield is right up my alley. It's a classic formula that I know, set in space which I love. It has all the hallmarks of a Bethesda RPG, glitches and bugs also included. The story is entertaining for the most part, and the way NG+ is a part of the story line was a solid choice by the devs. That said, bugs still abound. Somehow the base building is less intuitive than Fallout 4's. Ship construction is fun once you get the hang of it and figure out what ports have what parts. As with all Bethesda RPG's, the mod community for Starfield has been hard at work making fixes and adding features to get the game where the community feels it should be. The mod is great, by the way, and I suggest it very much if you are into SW!

Grand Strategy games aren't for everyone. That said Paradox makes some of, if not the best, Grand Strategy games out. Darkest hour started as a player made mod, was well enough made and so well received that Paradox made it into it's own game. I have next to no time played on here because I bought this game as payback to Paradox for all the hours I spent playing it on a "high seas" copy of it. I was younger, cheap and broke so I always promised myself when I wasn't anymore I would give paradox the money they rightfully deserve!

Game is amusing, if Smash clones are your thing.
I played this game the moment it came out, like that day. I own a Qanba Drone fight stick for some other fighter games and immediately used it for this game and found myself with an advantage over most without one. I was confused when they pulled the game for like a year (didn't realize it was just a beta lol) but just waited for it to come back out. Now that it's here they nerfed and changed characters and combat doesn't feel exactly the same, which is fine. I spent money on their beta and they gave me my stuff in full release, which was okay. I don't really play much as of right now because I'm busy on other games, but I will be back every so often to check up on how this game is doing!

This game has had a rather polarizing life so far, hasn't it? I get the disdain for things at release, EA screwed the pooch. Consumers complaints were valid and eventually EA took steps to address that disdain. Did they fix everything to absolute perfection? No, no they did not. Is this game still solid on it's own? Yes. Does the game feel like a re-skin of former BF games? Yeah...Almost all of the modern ones have, with 1 being the only exception, to my mind, been graphical updates. While this is a "future war" game, the tech you encounter is on the more realistic side, not really things that you couldn't imagine. All in all this game is definitively Battlefield, and the issues that do exist I am able to easily overlook.

If Zombie Survival and Sandbox are genres you like pick this up!
I love Base Building/Sandbox survival games and I love Zombies, so naturally I have had this game since the day I bought my first PC. I had it on console before I got to PC and played it regularly on there. This game spent a lot of time in EA, but finally made it's way to full release, it has changed a lot since EA days. I agree with other reviewers in their assertion that the price tag on this game is a little to much, should be $30 max and even then I would suggest waiting for a sale to get it much cheaper.

I love borderlands, 3 is no different. For sure one of the best co-op games out there. Doesn't feel like as much content as 2, but still tons of stuff to do, 3 tiers to play through and now mayhem mode. There wasn't/isn't character DLC this time around but that's honestly fine, the 4 classes feel great so far. I waited so long to get this game because no one in my group was playing at the time it dropped, now with friends I am glad I waited to buy it on sale. I got all the DLC with it for less than $25 USD and for the amount of content that's a good deal!

6 hours in in one day...So far so good. The game is decidedly more difficult than its predecessor, though in a good way. The infection counter that starts in darkness is an interesting addition to survival, though items to reset that counter are all over the world. Unlike some other post apocalypse games the story says the world has been through some stuff and it actually feels like that. Combat is different but better, parkour is at first aggravating due to Aiden's terrible stamina level, which doesn't make much sense, he is a "pilgrim" or a glorified runner, but you will upgrade it as you play. The world stays true to the feeling that you get in part 1, and builds on it wonderfully. I loved the first, and so far I can safely assume I will love this one when all is said and done. For sure recommend this to anyone who played part 1 and liked it!

This game was recommended to me quite some time before I bought it, and I wish I hadn't waited. Rogue games are my thing from back in the day and Kenshi lives up to everything i was told it was. Survival ain't easy out in the wastes, so don't just go running around thinking things are sweet. The religious dillholes are, well D-bags, unless you are one of them or don't mind being extorted for living. Factions are interesting and there is a lot of world to explore. Crafting and building are satisfying and party members can be assigned jobs in village to help make your life easier. For sure a solid recommend!

I remember being 15/16 in a boarding school in New York and playing Source on lan against my dorm-mates, and hearing people yell out when they got killed....all these years later and here I am playing CS2! I'm absolute trash at these games and that's perfectly okay, I'm here to have a good time. For those seeking competitive play CS2 carries on the same tradition of game play CS:GO turned into a goldmine. Highly recommend!

Where to start? I'm not even a huge Souls nerd, but I love Elden Ring. It puts every other souls like game to shame, and sets a new standard for the genre. Instead of fighting jank controls, I'm fighting bosses, and winning. The world is massive, and beautiful. While there is certainly a skill level to Elden Ring it isn't angering to the point where the game is no longer fun. The game clearly pulls some of the most well loved elements of Souls, and improves them. Eventually your character will be able to use pretty much whatever you want for gear and the world is massive so exploring will help you get there. If you've been thinking the game is just hyped up, it's not. It is a great game, buy it!!!!! Bought for me by another great friend!
