Saw your comment under the how to bomb R.U.S.E post, there are 2 fairly big german youtubers called LPWG and generalpilophas who stream every couple days and host community matches, you dont need to understand them to join ther 8 player lobbies. The german community is probably one of the last "fairly" active ruse communitys, with 200 players a Day, maybe you find some guys over ther :)
