A skill based game where you will fall a lot, but if you persevere every climb teaches you new techniques until you are throwing yourself up mountains with precision.

An intriguingly bizarre game that kept me captivated throughout my playthrough.

I never have enjoyed when games have bullet sponge enemies, and CULTIC: Chapter Two has an excessive amount of them, so many times I ran out of ammo because an enemy used multiple mag dumps to kill. That is far from it's only issue though, the level design is much worse. Unlike the first chapter which had linear levels where everything was thought out, chapter two has large poorly designed open levels. When exploring I encountered invisible walls everywhere, like walls that are unable to be jumped over and roofs that are unable to be walked on. Also there is backtracking, but once all the enemies are killed you are just walking through empty areas, which happens way too often. If the developers condensed the levels and kept the same design as the first chapter it would have been so much better.

It took me a little bit to get the hang of the game, dying a lot in the first few levels and being forced to restart them was frustrating, but once I did it became so satisfying and has become on of my favorite Boomer Shooters. Not having a quick save system makes it more intense keeping me on my toes, needing to watch out for ambushes and playing in a very purposeful manner. If you are looking for a challenge this game has it, especially in chapter 3 when the game goes all out insane.

ROUTINE uses an excellent 80's style visual design that uses film grain and smooth animations to create some impressively realistic environments. My favorite part of the game is it's audio design being the best I have heard in any game, it has so much weight to every sound. It all makes the game have one of the most immersive atmospheres I have experienced. Unfortunately the game isn't able to utilize its mechanics fully which holds it back from being amazing, but for the price I can't complain, I only wish it had a larger budget and team to make it, but it's still a very enjoyable game as is.

R.E.P.O is Shaping up to be one of the best co-op games out there. But it needs some sort of meta progression as starting from scratch every game and just trying to get as far as you can without having an end goal gets old after a while.

An Excellent point & click adventure game with some awesome voice acting and logical puzzles that innovate upon traditional puzzle mechanics all contained within a gripping story.

While the gameplay is a bit simple, the storytelling is on point and the clay environments along with the soundtrack are gorgeous.

A short yet extremely polished game with amazing atmosphere that not only looks like a classic horror game, but has a mechanic that ads to the classic feel by giving you separate control of your right hand for puzzles and monster encounters.
For a short horror game Caput Mortum is one of the best in it's genre. Don't overlook this game.
