great mod platform

okay base game, great mod platform. decent grand strategy game overall.

High ping servers are a constant issue. I would play this more if there were servers more with lower than 100 ping and not stuffed to the gills in players and wait times.

I feel like this game has failed to establish a strong sense of identity and place. You're character is somebody of X background who was mining to pass X amount of time and is suddenly thrust into an organization where you hardly get any introduction or information to beyond the equivalent of rumors and hearsay by Starfield's equivalent of Han Solo.

Constellation's story is lackluster for an exploration group this game fails to make exploration enticing. Using cookie cutter location mapping with only occasional exception. Just this alone pushes me away from the game. Not to mention the idea of space magic throws off the NASApunk feel of the game. Is this supposed to feel like the Expanse or is it supposed to feel like Star-Wars? Again, starfield does not have a strong identity inside of the first 8 hours of gameplay that I can see.

I will continue to attempt to suffer through this mediocre garbage bethesda calls a game. but just from first impressions it's repetetive and uninspiring.

they took COD4 and ramped up the shock value to 11 without actually having any impact. If you want a shoot 'em up, its here but the characters are totally black and white in their respective viewpoints, the story is just a "rah rah 'merica" pile of crap.

For a WIP it's okay. Would've been better with more content to begin with.

a very nice in-development top-down shooter. player led economy, player run logistics, a no stop progressive war. I love the premise and can't wait for future updates

as crappy as it was on release, the constant hot fixes seem to be doing it some favors. The plot line is somewhat average, the setting is good if you can ignore the bot AI. the gun play I think is fantastic. Bugs are reduced but still can be found. Overall, 7/10.

This game is actually better on console. Controls are sluggish. the narrative is hopelessly bland. and the load times are absolutely atrocious. My monster PC has difficulty with it and I end up waiting 10 minutes to load into any instance, including fast travel. A broken game from a broken company.

A great successor to the original Rome Total War. The battles are nice and polished to watch and play. The campaign fuctions are simple and easy to understand. My only complaint is the politics system is hard to understand and utilize to it's best potential.
